Warranty Coverage
1.1 Mainboard (Control Board)
Single-head printers: Mainboard is covered by a 6-month warranty from the printer shipment date, with one replacement allowed within the warranty period.
1.2 Print Head & Ink-Contact Components
The printhead are covered by a 1-month limited warranty, valid for one replacement after warranty registration.
All other printheads or components that come into contact with ink (caps, dampers, ink tubes, pumps, etc.) are not covered by warranty.
1.3 Other Accessories & Electronic Components
All non–ink-contact accessories and electronic parts
(such as motors, sensors, cables, power supply, display, belts, rollers, etc.)
are covered by a 12-month warranty from the shipment date of the PrintGox printer.
1.4 Warranty Disclaimers
Warranty will not apply under the following conditions:
Printhead or ink-related components damaged due to use of non-PrintGox inks.
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, negligence, collision, water exposure, unstable voltage, or unauthorized modification / disassembly.
Damage that cannot be confirmed by the PrintGox support team or engineers as a manufacturing defect.
Consumables are not covered: printheads (beyond the listed models), ink cartridges, films, powders, wipers, capping stations, ink tubes, hoses, filters, tapes, or any other consumable parts.
Warranty Costs
2.1 Within 1 Month of Receiving the Printer
If a covered component is confirmed defective within 30 days of receiving the printer:
PrintGox will provide the replacement component free of charge, and cover the shipping costs.
2.2 After 1 Month (Within Warranty Period)
If a covered component is confirmed defective after 30 days within the warranty period:
PrintGox will provide the replacement component free of charge,Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Lifetime Technical Support
All PrintGox printers include lifetime remote technical support, including:
Troubleshooting via WhatsApp / WeChat / Zoom
Maintenance guidance
Color profile assistance
Software support
Daily operation training and printing parameter guidance
⚠ Lifetime support covers technical help only and does not include free replacement parts after the warranty period.
Out-of-Warranty Service
After the warranty period expires:
Remote technical support remains free for life
Replacement parts are provided at cost price
Shipping fees apply
Conditions for Warranty Validation
To ensure warranty eligibility, customers must:
Use PrintGox original inks
Follow proper daily maintenance procedures
Provide clear videos/photos for issue verification
Provide the serial number and purchase proof
Use the machine under normal operating conditions
PrintGox reserves the right to decline warranty service if the issue is determined to be caused by user-related factors.
Replacement & Return Policy
Replacement (DOA / Major Defects)
A free replacement printer may be issued within 7 days of receipt if:
The machine is dead on arrival (DOA)
There is a major manufacturing defect preventing normal use
Severe shipping damage is confirmed
Original packaging must be retained !
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only for major defects verified by PrintGox engineers.
Consumables and used printheads are non-returnable.
Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
Software-related settings or ICC profile preferences
Normal wear and tear
Printheads clogged due to improper maintenance
Damage caused by third-party ink, films, powders
Commercial loss, business downtime, or indirect damages
This warranty applies only to printers purchased from authorized PrintGox channels.

Warranty Coverage
1.1 Electronic Components
The following components of the PrintGox Powder Shaker are covered by a 6-month warranty from the shipment date:
– Main control board
– Temperature control module
– Motors
– Sensors
– Wiring harness
– Display panel
– Power supply
1.2 Heating Components (Heating Tubes / Heating Wires)
Heating components are classified as consumable parts due to normal thermal aging and operational wear.
They are covered by a 3-month limited warranty from the shipment date.
After 3 months, heating elements may still be purchased at cost price.
1.3 Mechanical Components
The following moving parts are covered by a 6-month warranty:
– Chains
– Rollers
– Bearings
– Conveyor components
Mechanical parts worn out due to long-term use are not considered manufacturing defects.
Warranty Conditions & Disclaimers
The warranty does not apply to the following:
– Damage caused by improper cleaning or powder accumulation
– Burns from excessive temperature settings
– Damage caused by unstable voltage or lack of proper grounding
– Physical damage, collision, water exposure
– Unauthorized modification, repair, or disassembly
– Use of non-compatible powders causing clogging or uneven coating
– Normal wear and tear of consumables
All issues must be verified by PrintGox technical engineers to qualify as warranty-related.

1.2 Heating Components (Heating Tubes / Heating Rods)
Heating components are classified as thermal consumables.
They are covered by a 3-month limited warranty.
After 3 months, replacement heating elements may be purchased at cost.
1.3 Mechanical & Structural Components
The following parts are covered by a 6-month warranty:
– Hinges
– Handles
– Internal tray mechanisms
– Fan blades
– Structural fasteners
Warranty Conditions & Disclaimers
The warranty will not apply under the following conditions:
– Damage caused by excess powder accumulation
– Overheating due to incorrect settings
– Failure to clean the exhaust or filter area causing blockage
– Physical damage, impact, water exposure
– Voltage spikes, poor grounding, or unstable electricity
– Unauthorized repair or modification
– Normal wear of consumable components
All claims must be validated by PrintGox support engineers.
