Is the printer difficult to maintain?
Not at all. PrintGoX is designed for hands-free daily maintenance.
Our system includes fully automated white-ink circulation, self-cleaning, and SmartCycle™ humidity & temperature monitoring, so the printer automatically performs the necessary routines to reduce clogging risks.
As long as the machine stays plugged in, 95% of the maintenance is done automatically — keeping your downtime close to zero.
What is the warranty? Where can I get support?
All PrintGoX printers come with a 12-month standard warranty.
Printheads include a 1-month warranty.
Every customer receives 1-to-1 setup assistance, from installation to your first successful print.
Our support team provides lifetime technical help via WhatsApp, remote screen sharing, tutorials, and troubleshooting guidance.
Is the printer compatible with all fabrics? Are the prints washable?
Yes. PrintGoX works on most of the apparel fabrics, including cotton, polyester, canvas, denim, blends, and more.
Our transfers are built to last — under correct pressing conditions, prints can withstand 50–100 washes while staying vibrant, flexible, and crack-free.
What is the cost to print a T-shirt?
Printing an A3 sheet (film + ink + powder) costs around $0.50.
A blank T-shirt typically costs $3–5.
So your total cost per shirt is about $4–6,
while the average retail price is $20–40 per piece.
This gives you a margin of $14–36 per shirt, depending on the design and customer base.
How do I press the film? Do I need to press twice?
For best durability, we recommend pressing at least twice.
Step-by-step pressing guide
Pre-press garment
160°C (320°F) for 6 seconds to remove moisture.
First press
160°C (320°F) • 6 seconds
Cool for 10–20 seconds, then peel quickly.
Second press
Same settings: 160°C / 6 seconds
Press again to lock the adhesive into the fabric.
For large prints, a third spot-press in the center area helps ensure even adhesion.
Does the RIIN software run on a Mac? Do I need to pay for the RIIN software?
RIIN works Windows-only.
Mac users can run it by installing Parallels or Boot Camp to create a Windows environment. /
The Pro version of RIIN is free.
You only need to insert the software dongle to activate and run it.
You can use Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or any design software to prepare your artwork.
